The Foundation gives grants to deserving in-dividuals for their edu-cational and medical needs.
In Co-Operation with MIDC an annual award for outstanding performance amongst units in SME Sector located in MIDC area.
The foundation instituted annual memorial lecture series. The first lecture was given by Shri N. Vaghul and the last(30th lecture) was given by Mr. K. V. Kamath, both former chairmen of ICICI.
The Foundation gives various awards to the students.
